Dapps如何能将更高的效率、创新和响应能力融合到公司架构里？我们能利用Dapps实现什么新型的商业
模式并创造价值？如果大型机构今天正在利用互联网所带来的好处，我们如何从“外包”和“商业网”的层面更进一步，实现真正去中心化的创新和价值创造模式，
最终使得繁荣及数据的所有权和财富得以广泛分布？我们描绘了自己所认为的4个最重要的创新成果，并将其放置到两个矩阵里。

些是区块链经济体系的所有部件，因为它们使用区块链技术和加密货币（通常会有）作为它们的基础。智能合约是最基本的形式：它们涉及了一些需要人们参与的复
杂性，特别是在多重签名协议的形式中对人们参与的需求更多。随着智能合约复杂性的增加及与其他合约进行活动，它们可以成为我们称为“开放式联网企业”的一
部分。如果我们将“开放式联网企业”与自主运作的代理人——无须人们参与也能自动制定、执行决策的软件组合在一起，我们就得到了被称为“分布式自治企业”
的形态，它只需少量甚至无须传统的管理体制或层级化体制也能为客户创造价值并为所有者创造财富。我们认为数千或上百万人可能会通过协作创造事业，并分享其
创造的财富，而这是财富的分发而不是重新分配。
开放式联网企业
智能合约让公司能够与以前可能不会有业务来往的新类型供应商和合作伙伴去构建智能的、自我执行的协议，其中的费用非常低廉。智能合约若集合在一起，就可以让公司更像网络，让公司的边界更有渗透性和流动性。
区块链技术同时也降低了罗纳德·科斯所提到的搜索成本和协调成本，这样公司可以分解成更多的高效网络。一个汽车公司可以通过在线扫描统计服务数据去检查其供应商的可信性。很快，该公司就可以在区块链上的一些产业市场上输入“轮轴”或“窗户玻璃”并在线商讨价格。
